Frequently asked questions
Why do all projects start with Marketing Diagnostic?
Because good marketing starts with clarity, not execution.
Before recommending content, advertising or marketing channels, I first need to understand your business, customers, current marketing and growth opportunities.
Marketing Diagnostic provides the evidence needed to make informed decisions instead of expensive assumptions.
What's the difference between Marketing Diagnostic and Marketing Foundation?
Marketing Diagnostic answers one important business question.
Marketing Foundation builds a complete marketing system.
If you need to solve one specific challenge, Diagnostic is usually the right starting point.
If your business needs clear positioning, customer segments, messaging, priorities and a structured marketing roadmap, Marketing Foundation is the next step.
Why is this more expensive than hiring a freelancer?
Because you are not paying for individual marketing tasks.
You are investing in business analysis, strategic thinking, clear priorities, measurable KPIs and marketing decisions connected to commercial goals.
The objective is not simply to produce marketing activities—it is to help your business make better decisions and achieve sustainable growth.
Why do I need a strategy if I already know what marketing activities I want?
Because individual activities rarely create consistent business results.
A strategy defines who you are trying to reach, what message should be repeated, which channels deserve investment and how marketing supports your business objectives.
Without that foundation, marketing often becomes a collection of disconnected activities.
What if I am not ready for a six-month partnership?
That is perfectly fine.
Marketing Diagnostic is a standalone project.
After completing it, you can:
implement the recommendations yourself
continue with Marketing Foundation
move into an ongoing partnership if your business needs long-term strategic support
There is no obligation to continue.
What if we already have a marketing manager, freelancer or agency?
That is not a problem.
I frequently work alongside existing teams.
My role is to provide strategic direction, clarify priorities, improve decision-making and ensure that everyone is working toward the same business objectives.
I strengthen your marketing function rather than automatically replacing it.
How do I know which package is right for my business?
You don't have to decide immediately.
That is exactly why Marketing Diagnostic exists.
After understanding your business, I recommend the most appropriate next step based on your goals, current marketing maturity and the level of support you actually need.
We need leads and sales—not likes. How do you measure success?
I completely agree.
Success is measured against business outcomes—not vanity metrics.
Depending on your business, KPIs may include qualified inquiries, booked meetings, website conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, revenue-related metrics and other indicators directly connected to business performance.
Can you guarantee leads or revenue?
No.
No ethical marketing professional can guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or revenue.
Results also depend on your product, pricing, sales process, implementation, budget, competition and customer experience.
What I do guarantee is a structured process, evidence-based recommendations, transparent priorities and continuous optimisation based on real performance data.
How is Marketing Partnership different from Managed Marketing?
Marketing Partnership is designed for businesses that already have people responsible for implementation.
I provide strategic direction, planning, analysis and decision support while your internal team or external specialists execute the work.
Managed Marketing is different.
I take responsibility for coordinating the entire marketing function, managing priorities, overseeing specialists, monitoring performance and acting as your external Head of Marketing.
What isn't included in the monthly packages?
Advertising budgets, paid software, external contractors, photography, video production, web development, advanced technical SEO, CRM implementation, complex automations and professional translation are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
This keeps pricing transparent and allows every engagement to be tailored to the actual needs of your business.
Why do you ask for payment in advance?
Because every project requires dedicated time for research, strategic analysis, planning and delivery.
Advance payment secures your place in my schedule and allows the work to begin without delays.
Every engagement includes a written agreement, a clearly defined scope of work and transparent deliverables.
Will we need to approve marketing activities every day?
No.
The working process is designed to reduce unnecessary communication.
We agree on priorities, responsibilities, approval stages and reporting in advance.
For ongoing partnerships, work is organised in structured monthly cycles with regular strategic reviews.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
Most agencies deliver predefined marketing services.
My role is different.
I work as your Fractional Marketing Partner.
That means I focus on your business model, positioning, customers, growth opportunities, priorities and commercial objectives—connecting every marketing decision to long-term business performance.
How do we get started?
We begin with a free 15-minute Mini Audit.
We'll discuss your business, current marketing situation and the biggest challenge you're trying to solve.
If we're a good fit, I'll recommend the most appropriate starting point—usually Marketing Diagnostic—and provide a clear proposal outlining the scope, timeline, investment and next steps.
